Front Door Installation and Emergency staircase
Construction Progress update:
Electrical wiring has been completed. Electricians currently installing all the hardware for the fixture plumbing company have installed all the PVC piping and copper piping for all the public bathrooms and resident bathrooms.
Welding steel company started emergency staircase installation on Monday the 23rd. We will be having a meeting with PSE&G the electrical company, to install the electric meters to the building. We are also waiting on the public gas company to stop by and install the main gas line. We also signed contract with the fire alarm company to install the fire alarm equipment We have contacted the elevator company to start the elevator installation. We are currently working on pricing for the air conditioning system, and the installation of the heating system. We are also working on the sewer ejector pumps for the main sewers. The 2-brass main entrance door that was custom built by Sri Lanka has been installed.
