9:00 AM - 10:00 AM - Dhamma talk
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM - Guided Meditation
11:15 AM - 11.30AM - Buddha Puja
11.30 AM - 12.30 PM - Offering of Dana
12:30 PM - 1:00 PM - Walking Meditation
1:00 PM - 2.30 PM - Dhamma talk
2:30 PM - 4:00 PM - Sutta Discussion
4.00 PM - Conclusion of Sil

If you are planning to observe Sil:
wear all white and a white sash
add your name to the attached Sil sign-up sheet by June 1st, in order to get a headcount for Dana.
Please note that dana (lunch) for the monks and the devotees who observe Sil will be sponsored by Thilak Silva Family.
Please sponsor a dhamma discussion and/or any other item on the agenda to receive merit.
Sponsorship for dhamma sermons
Poya Day Sil programs often require volunteers to assist with various tasks(Volunteers sign-up sheet), such as setting up the venue, preparing food, serving alms, or assisting with meditation and Dharma talks. Be open to taking on different roles and tasks as needed.
