Update: we have finished installing plumbing vents for the plumbing portion of the building.
The first batch of pictures you’ve seen on the roof is the plumbing venting and the radon Gas. The second batch of pictures you’re going to witness is the actual piping for the radon and the plumbing plus you’ll also notice the orange piping that’s the floor heating.
The mechanical pieces that’s on top of the orange pipes are the manifold that you can control the heating in certain areas of the floor by those gray knobs on the top. all these controls will be controlled by the thermostats on the floors.
Please take a look at the work that was completed over the weekend by the stucco contractor. Please watch the video and take a look at the white portion turning gray that’s the cement they put on before the paint. Also take a look at the front, the square columns became round those are 12 inch columns.
